PRISTINA, Kosovo: Police in Kosovo have arrested three Germans suspected of an attack last week on the European Union's headquarters in the capital Pristina.
Police spokesman Veton Elshani says anti-terrorism officers arrested the three but declined Thursday to give more details while the investigation continued.
An explosive device was thrown at the offices amid rising tensions over the EU's plan for a police mission to help strengthen the newly independent country's institutions. Nobody was hurt.
